Cancellations
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable content), cancellations are not allowed once the order has been processed. Once the digital product is delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
- Exceptions: If there is a technical issue or you mistakenly purchased the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of the purchase. We will review your request and may offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
- Damaged or Corrupted Files: If the digital product you purchased is damaged or corrupted, you may request a replacement by contacting our Customer Service team within 2 days of the purchase. Upon verification, we will either provide a working copy of the product or issue a refund.
- Product Not as Described: If the product received does not match the description provided on our website, please contact us within 2 days of purchase. Our team will review your complaint and, if valid, will offer a replacement or a refund.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us with proof of purchase. We will refund the duplicate purchase(s).
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
